These terms govern your use of Toodum (toodum.com), operated by Alliancce SAS. By accessing the site you agree to them.

1. Use of the service

Toodum is provided free of charge for personal and commercial reference use. You may use the calculators as often as you like. You may not (a) scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service, (b) republish entire articles without attribution, (c) misrepresent calculator results as official advice in regulated fields (medicine, finance, law, engineering) without independent verification.

2. No warranty

Calculators are provided "as is". We take reasonable care to verify each formula but make no guarantee of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. For medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical decisions, consult a qualified professional. Alliancce SAS accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on a calculator result.

3. Intellectual property

Original content on Toodum — articles, widgets, illustrations — is © Alliancce SAS, licensed for personal reading and embedding (see Partnerships). Formulas themselves are not copyrightable; we cite primary sources where applicable.

4. User content

Messages you send via the contact form remain your property. By submitting them you grant us a limited licence to use the content for the purpose of responding and improving the service.

5. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Alliancce SAS.
